Here is Zoe busy with a little pre-party play.
Our Sunday hostess offered many temptations for little eyes and fingers. 
A collection of walking sticks, including this small bamboo cane, captured her attention. She was shown the proper way to use a cane (as opposed to waving it about which she was tempted to do) and spent a portion of the afternoon walking around the house with cane assistance. 
After a day of partying - right through her normal nap time - little Zoe was asleep before we were even out of the driveway. 
Even Daddy and Chengis shared a pre-bedtime snooze.
