Centre Island with Kaz friends

This weekend we had the great pleasure of meeting up with the Bradshaws (Craig, Sue, Hannah and Nickolas) for a fun filled day on Centre Island. Nickolas, age 2, was adopted from the same baby house (#2 in Almaty) as Zoe. The Bradshaws used the same agency as us, had the same in-country coordinator, and traveled exactly a year after we did.

We were sorry the Keoghs, another Toronto/Kaz family, could not join us. Hopefully next time!

Just outside of Centreville there was a Kids' Fun Fest. One of the booths had a beauiful corn snake that all the kids touched, some more than others. Way to go, Hannah, for holding it!
Of course there was a face painting booth! Zoe asked for a bird.

Looks like such a FUN time!! I hope you guys are doing well - I wish we lived closer so we could get together more often.

Take care,
Tanya

P.S. I keep forgetting to tell you what a laugh I got out of your Cooper comment on your KP post.

Great pictures guys!! We had such a fun day! Both kids slept really well Sunday night. Hannah had so much fun with Zoe. I think she felt like she had little brother and a little sister!

Thanks for a great day!
